The Role

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manager, Sales Enablement will roll out the Command of the Message.

  • Advises on winning strategies to attack and win targeted commercial opportunities.
  • Serves as a trusted adviser and business partner to sales leaders. Implements Command of the Message and other training initiatives.
  • Build size and prioritize comprehensive sales play backlog.
  • Lead training and engagement for sales organization, ensure sales process is established and followed.
  • Develop rigorous training and ongoing performance improvement metrics.
  • Develop and conduct a sales enablement-focused onboarding training curriculum and ongoing education initiatives through a blend of classroom, virtual, recorded, and onsite instruction.
  • Help develop, maintain, and deliver learning solutions that build and enhance the skills, knowledge, and abilities of the sales force.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Develops executive level presentations.
  • Prescribes and prioritizes solutions to meet business problems.
  • Build, maintain, updates, and optimizes critical dashboards in Salesforce.com for key business stakeholders.
  • Manages the performance of direct or indirect reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors' degree in Business, Decision Science or related field or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales strategy, sales programs, or sales operations.
  • Understanding of Salesforce reporting and data analysis.
  • Understanding of Command of the Message
  • Familiarity with tools, technologies and best practices used in sales enablement
  • Experience in designing sales programs, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to draw actionable insights from data sets (Excel, Business Objects, Salesforce.com, etc.).
  • Operational rigor and track record of cross stakeholder program management and execution.
  • Sales role experience preferred.

  • Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000 of the salary range and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.


All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 10% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.
We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
