DXC is looking for a Manager Sales Enablement to join our IT team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role serves as the primary Product Owner for IT, acting as the critical bridge between our business stakeholders (Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and Marketing) and IT teams (developers, architects, and IT operations).
The ideal candidate understands business needs and desired outcomes, drives prioritization of new features and requests, and translates business requirements into high-level technical requirements. You don't need to be a deep technical expert, but you must be able to sit comfortably with both business leaders and development teams, serving as the "translator" between the two worlds.
This is a leadership role with 2-3 direct reports and oversight of a cross-functional team of 10+ people.
What You'll Do:- Act as the Product Owner for IT, owning the backlog, driving prioritization, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT delivery
Bridge business and IT: Translate business requirements from Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and Marketing into actionable technical requirements for development teams
Drive feature prioritization across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and limited development capacity
Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate scope, timelines, and resource allocation across business units
Lead a team of 2-3 direct reports while overseeing a wider cross-functional team of 10+ people across IT and business functions
Oversee CRM and CMS platforms, ensuring data hygiene, process automation, and AI-driven enhancements are delivered effectively
Define and maintain the product roadmap for Sales Enablement IT solutions, aligning with business growth objectives
Champion process improvements and identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to drive operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in IT management or Product Owner roles, preferably in large enterprise organizations
Proven track record of working at the intersection of business and technology
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), CMS systems, AI tools, and process automation
Understanding of data hygiene practices and data governance principles
- Highly proactive — takes initiative and drives progress without waiting to be asked
Excellent negotiation skills — can manage conflicting priorities across multiple stakeholders with limited capacity
Strong communication — fluent in English (mandatory); able to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborative leadership — comfortable leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
Results-oriented — focused on delivering business outcomes through technology
At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
