Sales Development Manager:
The Sales Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the Omnicell Sales Development Team, embodying the Elevate principles of Collaboration, Impact, Inspire, Execute, and Develop. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of business experience in sales effectiveness operations, including sales forecasting and CRM management.

- Experience in quota-carrying roles in capital equipment or healthcare sales.
- Knowledge of Omnicell business processes and products.
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP).
Working Conditions:

- Travel: Yes, 50% travel required to customer sites, conferences and Omnicell locations
