Responsibilities- Lead and empower a team of Contract Management professionals to deliver speed, accuracy, and quality across the contract lifecycle.
- Ensure every contract is clean, compliant, and captured—maintaining high-quality data in CRM systems.
- Champion technology and AI adoption to improve processes.
- Collaborate across all levels of the organization to streamline operations.
- Continuously refine workflows and business practices to improve efficiency, visibility, and business impact.
- Ensure business process is followed, proactively and independently work across the organization to address compliance issues.

- Strong command of CRM/CLM systems (i.e. Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
