Job Purpose/Overview
The Manager, Sales and Marketing Effectiveness, will work closely with the Vice President, Sales and Marketing (VP), and their leadership team to ensure effective coordination and alignment of organizational priorities. This role primarily spans tactical operations, working very closely across the leadership team to ensure accountability, execution, and delivery of their respective strategic priorities, as well as the collective commitments of the Sales and Marketing function. The Manager, Sales and Marketing Effectiveness will serve as the organizational “glue” to propel initiatives forward, must work well independently to identify efficiencies, and collaborate effectively across the team. Responsibilities may vary depending on the organization’s current needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support the Vice President, Sales and Marketing (VP) to develop and clearly communicate functional annual strategy, as well as maintain focus on key and priority initiatives over time.

Extend VP’s capacity by supporting strong follow-up with key stakeholders; relay updates, messages, and ideas from within the organization with a high level of accuracy and integrity.

Prepare VP’s briefs, presentations, and other materials for senior leadership and key meetings.

Facilitate communication and prioritization across Sales and Marketing leadership and amongst competing priorities, as needed, to ensure highest priority issues are addressed and resolved.

Develop processes to efficiently resolve workflow obstacles and communication bottlenecks, with the ultimate goal of supporting Sales and Marketing leadership to focus on revenue-generation.

In partnership with VP and P&O Business Partner, shape key performance indicators and reporting cadence, drive accountability to talent and people leadership routines, and implement communication and governance frameworks.

Coordinate annual calendar and develop collaborative meeting cadence to support in-person collaboration strategy across the Sales and Marketing leadership team.

Maintain a strong understanding of internal communication pathways and effectively route issues to the proper leaders and teams for resolution.

Assist in the annual budget planning process, acting as a liaison between Finance and the Sales and Marketing leadership team.

Manage assigned projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with standard quality and documentation best practices

Plan, coordinate and keep contents of assigned meetings focused, including assignment of and follow through on action items.

Cultivate and maintain a well-rounded knowledge of the daily operations of the Sales and Marketing teams, as well as Antech products and services.

May be asked to participate in other initiatives, special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Required
-
Bachelor's degree (Animal Health, Biological Sciences, Lab Sciences or Business-related field).

Minimum 4 years project, program or operations coordination experience in a service industry, preferably Animal or Human Healthcare.

Proven success in a strategy execution and/or project management role

Experience in sales, marketing, or events management

The target pay range for this position is $97,000 - $125,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
