What You'll Do for Us

Grow distribution: Works with brokers and distributors to grow incremental distribution within the natural channel

Trade Promotion Optimization: Works with account leads to create forecasts, budget spend, and analyze business performance to provide recommendations that maximize return on investment (Recommendations on Trade Promotion Optimization)

Business Planning and Implementation:
-
Supports annual business planning with retailer and distributor customer leads, helping to develop achievable growth plans

Works with the integrated account team to manage key aspects of the business relationship with multiple natural channel retail customers

Manages communication with Total NAOU system and customer field network to ensure constant application of strategies as outlined in the annual business plan and flawless execution of promotional and marketing programs

Brand Activation: Aligns system resources to implement marketing and operational programs according to plan, schedule, and budget

Generates new or unique solutions and embraces new ideas that help sustain our business
Qualifications & Requirements
-
A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
-
3+ years of sales, analytics, and/or marketing execution experience with a beverage/consumer packaged goods experience. Experience in Revenue Growth Management and Business Analytics is a strong plus

Able to demonstrate experience in influencing, performance measurement, and execution

Knowledge of warehouse and distribution ops models, multi-brand enterprises, and multiple routes to market

Proven ability to manage needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems with business development planning experience

Must possess selling knowledge with proven ability to create compelling selling narratives that drive alignment, execution, and repeatability

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to collect, analyze, and present data in an organized manner

Pay Range:
$98,400 - $120,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
