Oversee risk-based audit plans, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement with data analytics, manage budgets and projects, and report findings to senior management while coaching a quality team.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Quality Management, Operational Audit, Sales Operations, Aftersales Operations, Dealer Network Management, or related functions.
- At least 3 years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Experience in the automotive OEM industry or managing dealer networks is highly preferred.
