What we are asking you to do!
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end implementation processes, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.
- Work closely with your sub-team, and flexible resource pool, your Implementation Team will be driving your customers through the Enable Customer Journey, from the early Onboarding stages to being fully adopted. Ensure customers are self-sufficiently and proficiently using the Enable platform.
- As the team leader, you will identify and action areas of opportunity for Implementation Analyst development in alignment with their designated career tracks.
- Empower your team to help customers decommission their legacy processes and become fully confident using Enable as their Rebate source of truth.
- Proactively balance and optimize Implementation Team resource utilization across a portfolio of assigned projects.
- Work closely with an assigned Project Manager - who is responsible for customer facing engagement during the project - to assess, manage, mitigate and report on project risk and scope.
- Ensure relevant project records are maintained as per standards for assigned customers in the Project Management platform (GuideCX)
- Continuously learn and upskill yourself to become a rebate industry expert your customers can rely upon for best implementation practices.
- Support your Implementation Team, and assigned Customer Success Manager in mitigating project delays or managing escalations with key customer stakeholders from end users to C-level executives.
- Develop and lead your Implementation team to become the product consultants the customers rely on to reduce Time to Value with Enable.
- Lead your team of product experts, who will deliver:
- Enable system design and configuration;
- Data ingress and egress;
- Loading and validating a set of agreements;
- Feature configuration and adoption
- Legacy system retirement
- Implementation of new product SKUs and Services requiring technical configuration and testing.
- Motivate and lead by example, coaching your Implementation team towards delivering best-in-class service levels.
- Provides clear guidance to direct reports on performance improvements and progress development.
- Proactively contribute to the Customer Success department achieving their Quarterly Business Goals.
What we are asking you to bring!
- Proven Manager of Implementations background with a minimum of 4 years' experience working with customers of all sizes in the SaaS industry.
- Track record of high achievement in your current SaaS Implementation Management role, including track record of delivering complex projects on time, on budget and in scope.
- Ability to work closely with key internal stakeholders daily to drive customer project velocity; Project Managers, Customer Success Managers/Directors, Implementation Consultants
- Experience managing and leading a team of individual contributors
- Natural rapport builder and effective communicator with a passion for driving positive changes and providing first class project delivery to customers.
- A leader who helps to build and foster a strong and supportive team culture.
- Great prioritization skills to work through internal projects and act as an escalation point for team and customer concerns.
- Works well with internal teams, balancing team and customer’s success with company needs and opportunities
- Desire to thrive in a fast-changing hyper-growth environment while leading and growing a high-calibre team.
- Experience with expanding your team – screening, interviewing and onboarding new starters.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to deliver high-quality implementations to multiple customers
