About the opportunity
Join our Global S&OP Team as a S&OP Process Manager. In your role you will continuously improve QIAGEN’s global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework, ensuring end-to-end alignment between commercial and operational demand, supply planning, and inventory strategy. You enable cross-functional decision-making through robust governance, high-quality analytics, and clear KPI reporting, helping the organization balance service, cost, and working capital while supporting sustainable growth.
Your tasks include:
Support and drive process steps of the S&OP process to align sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets.
Analyze and enhance global demand planning activities, ensuring accurate projections across multiple markets and regions.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive consensus and resolve planning challenges.
Analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights for continuous process improvement.
Monitor and report KPIs to support decision-making at all levels.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, or comparable field.
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or S&OP analytics roles.
Proven high analytical skillset with experience combining and interpreting large datasets.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with S&OP, Demand Planning, or Analytics in a global organization preferred.
Experience with analytical tools such as Qlik and Business Warehouse is a plus.
