We’re Jetstar. You may know us for our famous low fares, but did you also know that we’ve flown more than 400 million customers since we launched in Australia in 2004? In fact, each week we operate around 3,000 flights to nearly 40 destinations across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Pacific. We also operate a fleet of more than 80 aircraft, including state-of-the-art Airbus A320/21 NEO aircraft and the Airbus A320 family and Boeing 787-8s. Every day we enable more people to takeoff to more places, more often.
Impressive numbers? What's even more impressive is the team of extraordinary people taking off together day in day out, flight after flight.
Our people are the real jet stars!

- Build and empower a high-performing team culture where accountability, ownership and development drive exceptional results.
As the Manager, Roster & Training (Tech), you'll lead the team responsible for delivering the monthly Pilot roster and training build that supports more than 2,000 crew across Australia, New Zealand and international operations. The decisions made by your team have a direct impact on operational performance, crew experience, compliance and the overall resilience of the Jetstar network.

- Guide workforce planning decisions that balance operational resilience, crew engagement, cost efficiency and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop the Roster Planning and Training Planning teams, building capability, accountability and succession strength.
- Foster an empowered team environment where individuals are trusted to make decisions, solve problems and deliver outcomes.
- Build strong partnerships with the Pilot leadership team and key operational stakeholders to influence workforce planning outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with frontline crew through forums and focus groups, ensuring planning decisions are informed by operational realities and crew feedback.
- Drive improvements to rostering, training planning and workforce planning processes to support operational performance and crew experience.
