The Manager, Risk Intelligence and Analytics, supporting the Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) Risk function, will be responsible for delivering various functional capabilities including but not limited to: analytics, Large Language Models, reporting, modeling, automation, and other related investment risk oversight activities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual GWAM related reporting to GWAM stakeholders.

  • Automating monthly, quarterly, and annual GWAM related reporting with support from the Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) function.

  • Leading the automation of processes for collecting and analyzing data across the enterprise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Supporting the delivery of machine learning, large language model and other related analytics projects within GWAM.

  • Providing support to Risk and Technology Tooling team on data ingestion, clean-up, mapping etc. (e.g., data analysis, data clean-up, validation, creating and maintenance of reports and dashboards)

  • Identifying opportunities for creating efficiencies within reporting framework and processes.

  • Evaluating data integrity for reporting readiness.

  • Documenting processes, procedures, project work and ad hoc request as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • A solid background of at least five (5) to eight (8) years in risk management, focusing on data analytics.

  • Knowledgeable in financial services, preferably on buy-side investment management and the evaluation of investment risks.

  • Proficient in Power BI and Power Platform (particularly PowerApps, Power Automate) for creating interactive dashboards, automating workflows, and developing custom applications.

  • Skilled in dashboard design with a focus on UI/UX.

  • Strong reporting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines, ensuring precise and accurate financial risk analysis.

  • Highly organized individual with strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent collaborative and relationship building skills; showing tact and diplomacy in dealing with others.

  • Ability to learn quickly and comfortable with adjusting to ad-hoc changes in workflow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in statistical software (e.g., Python, R) and risk management tools, along with experience in automating data processes and implementing digital solutions.

  • Knowledgeable in database schemas, data modeling, and ETL processes.
