Job Description:
We’re looking for an Analytics Manager (Risk Intelligence) to join our team at MBPS. You will report to the Director, Risk Intelligence and Analytics in Operational Risk and Resilience Management (ORRM) function and support the Evolving Risk and Risk Intelligence (ERRI) function's mission and vision. In this role, you are expected to deliver various functional capabilities including, but not limited to, Large Language Models, analytics, reporting, modeling, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the automation of monthly, quarterly, and annual ORRM related reporting within the intelligence function.

Lead the transformation of ORRM reports and BI enablement by partnering with program leads, effectively influencing stakeholders to adopt innovative solutions and drive change.

Drive process automation for collecting and analyzing data across the enterprise, facilitating workshops and sessions to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Support the delivery of machine learning, large language model, and other related analytics projects within ORRM, communicating complex technical concepts to clients and customers in a clear and actionable manner.

Provide support to Evolving Risk and Risk Intelligence tooling team on data ingestion, clean-up, mapping etc. (e.g., data analysis, data clean-up, validation, creating and maintenance of reports and dashboards)

Identifying opportunities for creating efficiencies within reporting framework and processes.

Assist in testing, cleaning, and preparing data for reporting readiness.

Assist in the generation of reports and ensuring accuracy in the metrics being reported.

Assist with documenting processes, procedures, project work and ad hoc request as required.

Qualifications:

At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Operational Risk Management
-
At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience as an analytics manager or similar capacity
-
Proficient in utilizing Power BI and Power Platform to create interactive dashboards, automate workflows, and develop custom application for improved business intelligence and efficiency

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business insights and advice for clients and stakeholders.
-
Strong influencing and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide discussions and drive consensus among diverse teams.
Nice to Haves:
-
Skilled in Python and SQL, database schemas and data modeling
-
Skilled with dashboard design, with a consideration for UI/UX fundamentals

Experience in data analysis, including the use of Azure Databricks
