Job Description Summary:

Our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Capabilities team is at the heart of driving transformational business results, enabling the system to optimize trade spending, plan revenue more effectively, and track key investments. With your skills, expertise, and passion, you can play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

We are looking for a strategic, data-savvy, and user-centric product leader to join us as Manager, RGM Capabilities. If you’re motivated by empowering teams, crafting innovative tools, and delivering measurable business value, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

The Role

As the Manager, RGM Capabilities, you will play a critical role in strategizing, building, and improving a suite of enterprise-grade, cloud-based tools that enable our $30B+ global system to thrive. These tools span several critical areas, including:

  • Trade Spend Management: Driving visibility, accountability, and insights for managing $1B+ in trade spend investments.

  • Revenue Planning: Supporting efficient and scalable planning and forecasting for $30B+ in system revenue.

  • SOVI and GTM Investment Tracking: Delivering analytics that guide system optimization and investment ROI across our ecosystem.

You’ll be focused on empowering users—from finance teams to RGM leaders—by ensuring the tools unlock productivity and deliver actionable insights. This role requires a growth mindset, technical fluency, and strong data analytics expertise to create cutting-edge capabilities that are aligned with our strategic imperatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Business Value: Ensure that every tool, feature, and process improvement results in measurable value to our system—whether it’s optimizing trade spend, enhancing revenue planning, or enabling better investment decisions.

  • Empower Users: Act as a champion for end users by building tools that are intuitive, scalable, and impactful. Guide adoption by simplifying complexity and enabling teams to do more with less effort.

  • Leverage Data Analytics: Use data to guide decision-making, highlight opportunities for continuous improvement, and demonstrate the tangible impact of RGM capabilities on business results.

  • Optimize Processes: Evaluate existing workflows, tools, and systems to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and innovation.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with stakeholders across Finance, RGM, and DTS teams to ensure alignment, solve challenges, and scale solutions

  • Own Anaplan Modeling: Drive capabilities within the Anaplan ecosystem, whether optimizing models or using them to design more streamlined planning processes.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Passion for Learning: You’re a curious problem solver who thrives on diving into new tools, technologies, and challenges. You view complexity as an opportunity to grow.

  • Empathy for Users: You prioritize the needs of stakeholders and believe in building tools that empower teams to focus on what matters most.

  • Results-Oriented: You have a proven track record of creating efficiencies and delivering measurable results through systems, tools, and data.

  • Data Analytics Expertise: Advanced-level Excel skills are a must. Proficiency in SQL or Python for data management and Power BI for analysis and visualization  is preferred.

  • Anaplan Experience: Knowledge of Anaplan modeling or a demonstrated ability to manage and optimize similar financial planning tools is highly desirable.

  • Business Acumen: 5+ years of experience in product ownership, planning systems, or related roles focusing on enterprise-grade tools in large organizations.

  • Technical Know-How: Comfort engaging with technical teams to design systems and troubleshoot challenges while speaking the language of data integrations, cloud solutions, and enterprise platforms.
