The Manager, Revenue Operations is a critical leader responsible for optimizing revenue processes, driving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven growth across the organization. This role ensures alignment between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, delivering strategic insights and operational excellence that support sustainable revenue expansion. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, process discipline, and collaborative leadership to strengthen the company’s revenue engine.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and execute revenue growth strategies that align with organizational priorities.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for forecasting, territory planning, and quota-setting.
  • Drive optimization of the lead-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and process efficiency.
  • Oversee CRM governance and adoption, maintaining high-quality data and actionable reporting.
  • Lead analysis of sales performance, pipeline health, and customer metrics to inform strategy.
  • Provide executives with accurate, timely dashboards and insights to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
  • Support go-to-market execution, campaign tracking, and regional or product-specific revenue strategies.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and reporting progress to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or equivalent, including 2+ years in leadership.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, SaaS/subscription models, and revenue reporting.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to convert data into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with executive-level presence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology organizations.
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and financial operations.
  • Expertise in marketing automation and BI tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Tableau, Looker).
  • Project management certification or Agile methodology experience.
