Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, the Manager of Revenue Operations, Partnerships will support Cin7’s partnerships and indirect revenue channels, partnering with Marketing and Revenue Leadership to run an efficient and effective data-driven growth engine. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional relationships with management and operations business partners based across the globe to drive partner revenue growth and scale.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Own the partner analytics and reporting cadences globally for Cin7 across all partner channels and products
  • Administer the PRM System and the integrity of the integration to the CRM and Revenue Tech Stack, including partner lead flow, certification tracking, commissioning calculations. 
  • Create and analyze key insights from forecasts, key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics, focusing on insight-driven results from data.
  • Document and educate the indirect and partner team members on metadata and data definitions, where necessary, to maintain high data accuracy, consistency, and traceability throughout the revenue process.
  • Assist in the rollout and tracking Partner Program Initiatives across Partner acquisition, Partner Revenue, and Partner Enablement.
  • Manage projects, adding value and efficiency to get priority items done quickly and with quality – build reports, run analyses, build/present training, design workflows, etc.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency in our sales process and propose solutions and workflows that would resolve problems, optimize critical metrics, and improve productivity.
  • Drive Sales Adoption—Evangelize Cin7’s sales tools to generate awareness and provide ongoing administration to keep them highly functioning and ensure the adoption of best practices.

Here's what you'll bring with you:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in Sales or Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, or another Revenue Organization role.
  • 2-3 Years of Partner Relationship Management Administration experience (Impartner Preferred)
  • Prior CRM management experience. This means a solid foundation and understanding of end-user usage, automation implementation, design, and more (SFDC preferred).
  • A passion for numbers and data. You should be comfortable manipulating data in Excel/Google Sheets, using BI tools (DOMO/PowerBI preferred), and developing dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders. SQL knowledge is nice to have but not required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with cross-functional stakeholders across various levels of expertise and seniority, leveraging the right communication channels (e.g., phone, email, Slack) at the right times.
  • A process-oriented approach to workflow. You can leverage project management software to ensure the seamless end-to-end execution of projects and programs.
  • Solution-oriented mindset. If there’s a broken process or missing information, your first instinct is always to fix the issue, and your second is to figure out how to prevent it from happening again.
  • Attention to detail. Every aspect of a project is manageable in size. You will be driving essential actions daily based on what you do, so data should always be accurate, and messaging should always be easy to understand.
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
