We support our team with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Annual compensation between $90,000 - $102,000, PLUS an annual performance-based, discretionary incentive.

What You Will Do - Essential Functions

The role of the Revenue Cycle and Coding Business Operations Manager supports the strategy, planning, and execution of key operational initiatives across the Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Coding functions. This role partners with operational leaders, technology, product, and customer success to optimize how people, process, and technology align to deliver high-quality services that support our broader product portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, operational experience in healthcare services, and the ability to translate business goals into executable plans

  • Planning & Operational Execution
    • Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational roadmaps, including prioritized plans, milestones, business cases, and cross-functional execution aligned to organizational goals.
    • Drive operational excellence by designing scalable processes, improving efficiency and quality, and maintaining documentation, SOPs, and implementation tracking to support growth and workforce management.
  • Analytics & Continuous Improvement
    • Optimize operational technology and platforms by monitoring tool performance, identifying gaps, defining requirements, and aligning capabilities with business needs and priorities.
    • Drive data-informed decision-making by developing KPIs, dashboards, and analytics, analyzing trends and risks, and providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and outcomes.

Who You Are

  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field OR equivalent
      combination of education and experience.
    • 5+ years of progressive experience in business operations, healthcare operations, strategy,
      consulting, or a related field
    • Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, medical coding, or related services
      function
    • Demonstrated ability to advance cross-functional initiatives and deliver results through influence in
      a matrixed environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
    • Ability to pass a background check upon hire and throughout employment which includes: County and Federal Criminal Records Search - felonies and misdemeanors ; InstaCriminal Multi-State Alias
      Search - National Sex Offender Registry, Multi-State Criminal Database, SSN validation and trace, and Most Wanted Lists (OFAC); Excluded Parties List System (EPLS)/SAM search - individuals/entities
      debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from receiving federal contracts, subcontracts, or federal assistance; Education Verification; Employment Verification; FACIS Level I - Sanctions or exclusions for federal and state healthcare programs; 10-panel drug screening; and E-Verify: Lucet does not use E-Verify to pre-screen applicants and complies with federal regulations prohibiting discrimination based on national origin or citizenship status

  • Working Conditions:
    • High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before starting) required.
    • Frequent use of computer and phone systems
    • Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary, sitting position, communicate and exchange information with others, inspect information, perform repetitive motions with arms and fingers, interpret data, problem solve, make decisions, organize and plan, and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all situations.
    • Work is performed from home with company-provided equipment. Sitting for long periods of time is expected and use of fingers and hands for typing is necessary.
    • A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls.
