Position Overview

Zeta Global is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager, Revenue & Contract Analytics to lead the development and operational ownership of a contract entitlement tracking and usage reconciliation framework.
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate cost assignment, margin transparency, revenue recognition support, and overage billing integrity across client contracts. The position will operationalize a structured tracking process that consolidates contractual entitlements and reconciles them against actual platform and service usage across multiple enterprise systems.
The Manager will play a critical role in building and leading a Hyderabad-based Analytics team and transitioning ownership of the process from the Cost Analysis team to a scalable, repeatable reporting function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and maintain a comprehensive repository of all active client contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Translate contractual entitlements into clearly defined, trackable usage metrics.
  • Reconcile actual client usage against contractual entitlements on a monthly basis.
  • Aggregate and reconcile usage data across Apptio, Snowflake, Salesforce (SFDC), Jira, and ZMP platform systems.
  • Design and deliver client-level dashboards displaying contractual entitlements, usage trends, and projections.
  • Provide executive-ready monthly reporting to Finance, Sales, and Client Success leadership.
  • Manage onboarding of new contracts and removal of expired contracts from tracking.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure platform instances are retired upon contract expiration.
  • Establish governance processes, audit controls, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and leadership of the Hyderabad-based Analytics team.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Analytics, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Financial Systems, or related discipline.
  • Experience with contract-based or usage-based pricing models.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition and margin analysis principles.
  • Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce and enterprise data systems.
  • Expertise in dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred
  • Experience in SaaS, advertising technology, or data platform environments.
  • Familiarity with Apptio or cost modeling platforms.
  • Experience building or leading analytics teams.
  • Knowledge of platform metering frameworks.
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional organization.
