Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The Manager, Reporting & Systems is responsible for global FM data governance, reporting, and systems enablement, ensuring leadership has accurate, timely, and decision‑ready insights across facilities operations, risk, compliance, and asset performance. This person will be responsible for leading the continuous improvement of reporting processes and enabling systems to support data‑driven decision‑making and business transformation initiatives.
This role serves as the single owner for FM reporting standards, dashboards, and system integration, enabling consistency and transparency across regions and sites.

Authority: Global reporting standards, system requirements, data definitions
Supports scalable, efficient reporting solutions across multi‑site and matrixed teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain global FM reporting standards, KPIs, and dashboards.
Ensure data integrity across FM systems (e.g., asset data, risk, compliance, performance).
Partner with IT and FM leaders to enable system integration and automation.
Provide executive‑level insights on trends, risks, and performance gaps.
Support audit, compliance, and risk reporting requirements.
Drive simplification and standardization of FM data and tools.
Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of reporting systems and frameworks.
Analyze performance trends to inform leadership decision‑making.
Lead change management, training, and communications for new reporting solutions.
Optimize user experience, efficiency, and scalability of reporting tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
6–8 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, or systems roles.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Travel up to 10–20%.
