Major Activities
- Research and analyze applicable regulations for the U.S. and Canada (including Quebec), and any additional international expansions as needed.
- Applicable regulations will include product safety and specifications (chemicals, labeling and advertising), key company initiatives (international expansion), marketing/advertising (social media, privacy, pricing), and other areas to be determined as needed.
- Evaluate current policies, identify gaps and develop new policies necessary to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Establish minimum product standards to be implemented by Quality Assurance, third party labs and vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional key partners to develop and revise specific compliance strategies.
- Provide training and regular communications both internally and to certain key outside partners regarding current and proposed policies.
- Manage outside partners and governmental relationships as needed (for example, TSSA, NIST, CPSC, Health Canada, FDA, EPA, CARB, ACMI and MSDS Creation Services (WERCS, 3E, MSDS Authoring)).

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
