Job DescriptionTHIS ROLE
Responsible for managing the Regulatory Reporting team by ensuring accurate and timely deliverables, driving operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering stakeholder collaboration and team development.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You’ll oversee team performance by managing deliverables, monitoring KPIs, reallocating resources, and ensuring outputs meet quality, timeliness, and regulatory standards.
- You’ll lead and develop the Regulatory Reporting team through coaching, training, performance management, and accountability, fostering capability and professional growth.
- You’ll manage stakeholder relationships by coordinating with onshore teams, Associate Directors, and support functions to address priorities, escalations, and governance reporting.
- You’ll drive operational efficiency by supporting process enhancements, workflow improvements, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen scalability and control.
- You’ll apply strong leadership skills including communication, judgment, escalation management, analytical ability, and a focus on compliance, documentation, and risk mitigation.

ABOUT YOU
- You have experience managing or supervising teams in financial services, regulatory reporting, fund services, depositary, or similar environments.
- You excel at overseeing deadline‑driven deliverables, operating against KPIs and SLAs, and managing workflow, capacity planning, and issue escalation.
- You demonstrate leadership through coaching staff, managing performance, supporting professional development, and holding team members accountable.
- You bring preferred expertise with exposure to AIFMD Annex IV, offshore delivery models, and collaboration with onshore stakeholders in matrixed environments.
- You embody key behaviours such as collaboration, accountability, sound decision‑making, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to quality and control.
