Job Description
Checkout.com is seeking a motivated Manager, Regional Treasury to join our APAC team. Reporting to our Regional Treasurer, APAC & MENA you'll be working on managing a growing portfolio of banking / financial partners in the APAC & MENA region and will be the main point of contact for external and internal queries in relation to payments processing and compliance. In addition, you will also be managing, coordinating and leading all new projects / initiatives and product launches in the regions. This will require cross Treasury coordination in the regions and working with other stakeholders across the Treasury New Products team, Product, Engineering, Finance & Operations.
Qualifications
About You
-
10-12 years of experience in Treasury
-
Experience in managing banking relationships and understanding of Treasury topics across Cash and Liquidity, FX and Capital Management is essential
-
Ability to build strong professional relationships and with good presentation skills
-
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
-
Strong business orientation and ability to handle and prioritise high workload in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to handle technical treasury projects for the APAC & MENA region and coordinating with regional Treasury colleagues and global colleagues within and outside Treasury on implementing these projects within strict timelines
-
Working knowledge of Prudential requirements applicable to PI/ EMIs or equivalent banking regulation

Strong project management, influencing and stakeholder management skills
-
Experience in cash and treasury management services and the use and application of Treasury Management Systems

Good understanding of banking onboarding processes.
What You'll Be Doing
-
Help establish and manage relationships, working closely with the global Banking Relationship team, with existing and new key contacts at partner banks in the APAC & MENA region as well as internal partners

Providing assistance on banking infrastructure requirements in new countries/verticals;
-
Being able to support enablement of Treasury requirements across cash management, FX, Financing solutions, etc working with our banking partners

Efficiently handling queries from internal and external partners, related to payments processing, liquidity, Fx, and compliance topics.

Coordination of and attendance at external bank meetings, including write-up and distribution of call reports and follow-up actions, see through to completion;

Monitoring and updating online bank accounts accesses;

Coordinating the execution of Due Diligence questionnaires, KYC, and Onboarding requirements

Assisting on other Treasury topics such as Projects including but not limited to banking integration, working with teams across Operations, Product & Engineering

Help coordinate all new product launches for Treasury in APAC working closely with the Treasury New Products team and Product, Legal, Finance and Operations teams across the regions.

Hybrid Working Model:
All of our offices globally are onsite 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
