The Role
experienced and strategic Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts across the organization. This role is critical to attracting, hiring, and retaining top-tier talent that will drive our company’s continued growth and success. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will shape recruitment strategies, develop a high-performing recruiting team, and partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, a data-driven approach to hiring, and a passion for creating inclusive and effective recruitment practices. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, managing recruitment KPIs, optimizing employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your leadership will play a vital role in building a strong and agile workforce for the future.
What You’ll Do
a. Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with our 7 Step model and business goals and future workforce needs.b
b. Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team, defining operational SLAs, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
c. Collaborate closely with department heads to forecast hiring demands and define ideal candidate profiles.
d. Leverage data and analytics to optimize hiring processes, track KPIs, and improve conversion rates.
e. Implement inclusive hiring practices to attract a diverse and dynamic pool of candidates.
f. Enhance employer branding efforts by promoting company culture, values, and tech impact through strategic channels.
g. Cultivate exceptional candidate experiences, from outreach to onboarding, to reinforce the company’s reputation.
h. Utilize modern sourcing tools and platforms, including AI-powered recruitment tech and social media outreach.
i. Manage relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, job boards, and academic institutions.
j. Stay informed on industry trends and market shifts, ensuring the company remains competitive in the tech talent space.
What You’ll Bring
a. 7–10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
b. Proven success in recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, and data teams, ideally in fast-paced tech environments.
c. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute scalable hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
d. Experience building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing recruitment teams.e.
e. Strong track record of using recruiting analytics, KPIs, and ATS platforms to drive data-informed decisions.
f. Hands-on experience implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies within hiring practices.
g. Expertise in employer branding initiatives and collaborating with marketing or communications teams to position the company competitively in the talent market.
h. Background in optimizing candidate experience, including streamlining processes and nurturing long-term talent relationships.
i. Solid understanding of tech talent markets, hiring trends, and sourcing channels, both locally and globally.
j. Cross-functional collaboration experience with HR business partners, leadership teams, and external recruitment agencies.
