Purpose of the Role:

The Manager, Quotation Support leads and develops quotation support operations to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality quotations and order execution. Acting as a key link between Sales, Quotation Hubs, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders. The role drives customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth. The position manages regional quotation support teams in India and Saudi while collaborating with global stakeholders to oversee the end-to-end quotation process and ensure order accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, coach, and develop the regional quotation support team, including defining team structure, roles, and responsibilities.

  • Plan, monitor, and continuously improve quotation support activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant quotations and order execution.

  • Manage complex, high-value quotations with significant business impact.

  • Allocate and monitor team workload to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and implement global quotation support policies, standards, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with quotation hubs, product centers, sales, order management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure quotation accuracy and customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve quotation and order-related issues, escalations, and customer complaints by working closely with sales, service, finance, and operations stakeholders.

  • Foster teamwork, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and a high-performance culture within the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8 - 10 years of relevant experience, including a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering / Instrumentation engineering.

  • Strong business and technical acumen with experience in quotation, order management, or customer service operations.

  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

  • Sound business judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong customer focus and service orientation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
