Your Profile:
You will have solid quality assurance and compliance experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred, with significant experience in quality control or quality assurance.
- Proven experience managing quality control operations, with a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff to achieve quality objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
