On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a Manager
of Quality and Excellence.
The Manager of Quality and Institutional Excellence is
responsible for setting objectives and operational plans for the quality and
institutional excellence department. This role involves defining key goals and
performance indicators for team members, monitoring and measuring these metrics
continuously
- Participate in setting objectives,
initiatives and operational plans for quality management and institutional
excellence and determine the main objectives and its indicators for the
affiliated work teams and work to measure and follow them up continuously
- Contribute to achieving the main
objectives of quality management and institutional excellence and directing the
affiliated work teams towards achieving their goals and improving the level of
services which it provides in terms of quality, accuracy and effectiveness.
- Participate in the development of
workflows and procedures followed in the management of quality and
institutional excellence and ensure the documentation of all policies,
procedures and systems work followed and adhered to.
- Monitor the performance of the Quality
Management and Institutional Excellence Department compared to the previously
established performance objectives in order to ensure that the work is
progressing towards the required direction and that the procedures corrective
and preventive measures have been taken as required.
- Preparing the annual budget for
quality management and institutional excellence, monitoring it and ensuring
compliance with it.
- Identify the needs of quality
management and organizational excellence of competencies and talents and
recommend human resources decisions such as rewards and appointments and
promotions and transfers of the staff of the Department.
- Follow up and evaluate the performance
of subordinates, determine their training needs, recommend the necessary
training courses, and participate in monitoring the effectiveness of these courses.
- Hold periodic meetings with
subordinates to review the progress of work and progress achieved, discuss
subordinates' suggestions and take appropriate action accordingly.
- Preparing periodic reports on the
activities and achievements of the Quality and Institutional Excellence
Department and submitting them to his direct manager in the orgnization .
- Approving requests related to
subordinates' affairs such as: vacations, departures.... etc .
- Nominating a deputy to carry out his
duties and responsibilities in the event of his absence wherever necessary.
- Developing and modernizing
organizational structures and roles.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness,
efficiency and improvement of processes.
- To guide the documentation,
development and improvement of policies and procedures.
- Ensure the application and follow-up
of specifications, systems and awards of total quality and institutional
excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an
accredited body.
- Experience of at least
12 years
