Lead the design and development of complex analytics while providing technical guidance and oversight for analytics developed by team members.
Drive the delivery of analytics that generate impactful, forward-looking insights and enable more proactive, risk-based quality assurance.
Establish and promote analytics best practices, development standards, documentation, and governance to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and well controlled.
Evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of analytics initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance testing efficiency, automate manual activities, and strengthen QA outcomes.
Assess and incorporate emerging technologies, advanced analytics techniques, and GenAI capabilities to continuously evolve the team's analytical capabilities and drive innovation.
Build strong partnerships with regulatory reporting, technology, data governance, service management, and other stakeholders to influence priorities, facilitate data access, and promote adoption of analytics solutions.
