*This is a remote role where candidates can reside anywhere in the United States.**
Position Purpose: Manages the day to day work function of the provider services area, provide support to staff and investigate and resolve complex provider issues.
- Manage the workflow of the provider services area and communicate standards.
- Hire, motivate and coach the provider services staff.
- Develop, implement and maintain production and quality standards for the provider services staff.
- Resolve to staff inquiries and resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure provider satisfaction
- Review, investigate and resolve inquiries regarding provider services’ issues for internal and external customers.
- Manager all provider claims projects and coordinate with corporate staff.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Bilingual ability preferred. 3+ years experience in a Medicare, Medicaid managed care or insurance environment. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.

Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year
