Position Summary
Prepares sales presentations and proposals, conducts market research, and assists with sales forecasting and analysis. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and customer support departments, contributing to the overall success of sales initiatives.
What you will do
Oversees the entire proposal process, identifying opportunities, developing a proposal plan, coordinating with team members, and submitting the final proposal to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Develops a proposal strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives and addresses the specific needs of individual clients.
Leads proposal development processes, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the creation of high-quality proposals.
Ensures that the proposal meets all the requirements specified in the request for proposal (RFP) and complies with any guidelines or regulations set by the requesting organization.
Manages proposal budgets, ensuring that proposals are developed within the defined budget constraints.
Collaborates with cross-functional departments, such as sales, marketing, technical teams, and management, to gather the information needed for the proposal and to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive response.
Develops and maintains proposal templates to drive quality and consistency in current and future proposals.
Manages proposal content, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the client's needs.
Conducts post-proposal analysis to evaluate the success of proposals and identify improvement areas that should be addressed for future proposals.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
