Overview
This role is expected to be a key advisor to leaders in the organization enabling informed decision making, generating analysis and insight, championing the use of data to measure performance, and supporting the Project Management team in the planning and delivery of transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of data analysts supporting the Customer Operations organization

  • Provide a vision for the team and facilitate the development of team members and data based capabilities within the organization

  • Advise leaders and supervisors on the development of "Metrics that Matter" to monitor and measure their performance

  • Support the Executive team through execution of research and analysis related to Customer Operations

  • Lead research activities for the Customer Operations business unit providing analysis and insight to drive strategic direction and improvement initiatives

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Executive Dashboards and Management Reports to drive informed decision making

  • Work hand in hand with the Project Management team to define and measure success metrics for business transformation initiatives

  • Collaborate with IT, Strategy, and other business units to develop capabilities and shared metrics for the organization

  • Manage requests for data support and implement framework for prioritization

  • Advise organization on best practice methodologies for utilization of data in optimizing operational activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or other quantitative discipline

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in an analytical role performing data analysis analysis, reporting, insight generation, or other business value adding function

  • High level of comfort with quantitative concepts

  • Proficiency in relevant software languages and packages such as Python, R, SQL, Looker, GCP, or similar

  • Experience in designing and implementing executive and management dashboards with Looker, Tableau, Excel or other tools

  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data delivering actionable insight

  • Ability to work independently as well as lead and participate in cross functional teams

  • Comfort with written and verbal communication of quantitative and qualitative information with executives

  • Ability to motivate and influence stakeholders to drive complex issues to resolution

  • A proven track record of data analytics and productivity improvements; ability to influence and drive change while building solid relationships with your internal clients and external vendors

  • Solid problem solving and process analysis skills to define quickly implementable solutions to immediate issues while enabling long term scalable solutions

  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment with several stakeholders that deliver results

  • Experience in managing a team

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$95,870.50 to $127,827.34
