Job Summary: This role is focused on leading the Project Management Department and Installation Department within Integrated Systems. Responsibilities include all activities associated with planning, leading and organizing the respective departments.


Job Specific Tasks:

  •  Administers the engineering integrity of systems such that the contractual specifications are met with respect to functions, productivity, reliability, quality, and safety features.
  • Coordinates installation of equipment, safety requirements, and customer needs.
  • Schedules Installers and Project Managers for project.
  • Reviews and approves major engineering and installation decisions related project.
  • Reviews methods, procedures, and equipment utilized in accomplishing project requirements and supervises continuing improvements in productivity and quality.
  • Supervises the establishment of engineering schedules, installation requirements, and coordination with manufacturing schedules to meet project progress milestones.
  • Organizes and oversees the staffing of the project; including scheduling installation activities
  • Supervises the forecasting of project costs and directs planning and control activities to obtain performance to forecast.
  • Oversees the preparation, maintenance, and adherence to standards and procedures for progressive project management.
  • Reviews project performance and vendor contract performance in adherence to the contract and customer requirements.
  • Accepts concurrent assignments as Project Manager and developing bid packages (Conveyor Controls and Software), evaluating bids, processing PO’s and monitoring vendors through contract life cycle and acceptance of vendor products.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical systems experience
  • Strong understanding of Software Engineering and Controls Engineering
  • 10-15 years technical systems experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • System level working knowledge of PLC Controls and Software Engineering.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel required 40-70% of the time

The base salary range for this role is $115,900 to $173,800. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
