Reporting to the PMO Director, the PMO Manager is responsible for leading the execution and performance of the Project Management Office, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with customer and contractual commitments. This role provides leadership to Project Managers and Project Administrators, drives cross-functional collaboration, and serves as a key escalation point for project execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and project risk management across a diverse portfolio.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Project Managers and Project Administrators while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive successful execution of a complex project portfolio supporting more than $150M in annual revenue.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver customer commitments and resolve execution challenges.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, cash flow, and change management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and executive engagement.
  • Monitor project health, manage risk, and implement recovery plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and adoption of best practices across the PMO.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or related discipline.
  • Progressive project management experience.
  • Project leadership or management role with direct responsibility for Project Managers.
  • Experience managing large and complex project portfolios.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects and competing customer priorities.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, risk management, change management, commercial management, and contract execution.
  • Experience working across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and customer organizations.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience managing large, complex project portfolios.
  • Knowledge of valve manufacturing, foundry operations, Lean principles, and international standards.
  • Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations.
