JOB SUMMARY:
In this role, the individual will be an important contributor developing, leading, and optimizing various park programs, processes, promotions & events for both Owned + Operated and Franchise locations. As a Programs Manager you will work closely with cross functional teams and third-party vendors and be responsible for tracking, evaluating, and reporting on each program, promotion, or event.
Successful candidate will be self-driven, inquisitive, detail oriented, have excellent communication skills & work well in cross-functional team environments. The ideal candidate will have a background in event and membership program management in an agile project management setting and a proven ability to identify new programs, products, processes, or promotions to meet companywide objectives and enhance the Guest Experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Must have a minimum of 2 - 5 years of event or membership program management experience. Experience managing a fitness industry membership program a strong plus.

Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Flexibility with ever changing key initiatives.

Expertise in MS Office applications & project management platforms.

Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Can adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Champions new program and process enhancements from development, piloting, and deployment, through to implementation and long-term management of the program.

Develop and manage programs geared toward children, along with promotions and processes that enhance Guest + Member experience and retention.

Develops program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.

Coordinates and leads recurring cross-functional team meetings to track & monitor progress of programs and enhancements in development and pilot.

Identifies and creates any necessary resources, operation manuals, guides, and/or budgets to support the new program or initiatives.

Conducts customer and competitor research, performs data analysis, and makes development recommendations for youth enrichment programs, promotions, and products.

Leads and participates in the quarterly planning and scoping processes that determine the program roadmap.

Project manages and facilitates the creation of the program marketing plan, strategy, and assets.

Develops new program deployment communications plan and strategy.

Subject matter expert and point of contact for Field Ops teams on all youth programming related best practices.

Resolves quality standards discrepancies and program quality concerns with internal teams and vendors as necessary.

Creates weekly status reports and communicates any potential risks.

Collects post deployment/implementation feedback, adjusts the overall program strategy as necessary.

Presents new program offerings to the network at convention and throughout the year via micro learning sessions.

Evaluates, develops, and monitors partnership opportunities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Compensation range is $80,000 – 95,000k annually + bonus based on qualifications, experience, and performance. Full-time employees at CircusTrix enjoy a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401k plan with company matching. Eligibility for 401k is based on age and tenure requirements.
