What you will be doing
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Programmatic Services Managers, including performance management and professional growth.
- Own escalation management and ensure successful launch, optimization, and delivery of programmatic campaigns that meet client KPIs.
- Manage a personal book of high-value programmatic accounts while modeling best-in-class campaign execution.
- Partner with Sales and Product to improve workflows, share client insights, and influence overall business strategy.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through data-driven insights, standardized best practices, proactive communication, and industry expertise.
