Job Description

Position Summary

The Manager, PM Systems and Infrastructure plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, high‑quality project plans and portfolio data that enable Program Managers (PMs) and Global Program Teams (GPTs) to effectively adopt enterprise Planning and GPT tools. This role sits within the Systems & Infrastructures (S&I) organization and provides centralized TA support to drive data quality, standardization, and seamless project transitions across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
TA‑Centralized Portfolio & Planning Enablement

  • Serve as the TA point of accountability for portfolio project setup, ensuring projects are accurately established in enterprise planning systems.

  • Maintain and govern project metadata (e.g., attributes, ownership, phase alignment) to ensure consistency and reliability across the portfolio.

  • Enable PMs and GPTs by providing clean, trusted data foundations that support planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

  • Build strong partnerships with PM Portfolio Leads to ensure their teams are equipped to manage portfolio project plans effectively

Data Quality & Portfolio Integrity

  • In partnership with PM Portfolio Leads, proactively monitor data quality across TA projects, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or risks early.

  • Enable the timely remediation of data quality issues in partnership by establishing tools and training materials for Program Managers, S&I colleagues, and functional partners.

  • Establish and apply data quality thresholds and controls to ensure portfolio readiness for governance, reporting, and tool adoption.

TA Standards & Best Practices

  • Define, document, and maintain TA-specific planning and data standards aligned with enterprise frameworks.

  • Ensure consistent application of standards across projects, phases, and teams.

  • Act as a subject-matter expert on how TA nuance should be reflected appropriately in planning and GPT tools.

Cross‑Functional Integration & Transitions

  • Drive strong connections with Research and Medical to enable smooth project transitions into Development and across lifecycle stages.

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure early-stage information is structured, complete, and ready for downstream planning and execution.

  • Support change management and adoption efforts by reinforcing clear expectations, standards, and ways of working.

Enablement of Planning & GPT Tools

  • Support the adoption and effective use of Planning and GPT tools by ensuring foundational data is accurate, complete, and fit for purpose.

  • Collaborate with S&I colleagues on process improvements, enhancements, and simplification opportunities that improve user experience and data reliability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in science or engineering with 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical research, development, or commercialization with direct experience related to scheduling creation, planning, and management is required.

  • An advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) is a plus.

  • This position requires experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a fundamental understanding of drug development and commercialization practices.

  • Experience with scheduling methodologies as well as technological literacy with computer applications necessary to create, manage and analyze project schedules and timelines is a must.

  • Experience with Planisware, SharePoint, Clinical Trial Management Systems, visualization and reporting tools is a plus.

Compensation Overview:

Warsaw - PL: zł162,000 - zł196,318

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. The final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience and in accordance with pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
