Job Description:

Deliver product profitability and financial analytics
Perform profitability and financial analyses across new and in‑force products, including scenario testing and driver analysis from VNB and IFRS 17 perspectives. Develop clear narratives on performance drivers and trade‑offs to support margin improvement, prioritization, and management decisions.

• Support Regional Office product strategy and product development end-to-end process across Asia by coordinating with Business Units, maintaining product performance dashboards and product inventory, and delivering analytics and market insights that improve product competitiveness and profitability.

Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)

• Good knowledge of life insurance product strategy, product development, and pricing and profitability concepts.
• Strong analytical skills, including scenario testing and interpreting profitability metrics.
• Working knowledge of actuarial and financial reporting topics (including IFRS 17 concepts) to support product profitability analysis.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build dashboards and management summaries (Power BI experience is an advantage).

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

• University degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in life insurance product, pricing, valuation, and/or strategy analytics.
• Professional actuarial qualification is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision required
