  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from rapid experimentation to polished launches—balancing innovation with executional discipline.
  • Push boundaries on user experiences and product capabilities, ensuring Cineverse delivers breakthrough solutions across entertainment technology.
  • Communicate with clarity and impact across project management platforms (Monday.com, email, messaging, and presentations)—ensuring alignment at every level.
  • Drive process improvements that strengthen communication, streamline workflows, and empower teams to move faster and smarter.
  • Make smart trade-offs and maximize shared resources, demonstrating creativity and resilience.
  • Use data, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to make bold, evidence-backed decisions that challenge assumptions and unlock new opportunities.
  • Build strong partnerships across engineering, UX/UI, creative, and business units to execute against ambitious goals.
  • Mentor and grow team members, cultivating a culture of speed, accountability, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market shifts, with a special focus on AI, personalization, and evolving entertainment platforms.

Essential Qualifications/Competencies

  • 5-8 years of product leadership experience in entertainment technology, consumer apps, gaming, or digital media, with a proven ability to deliver transformative products at scale.
  • Strong background in app development, streaming, or digital platforms, with the courage to push into uncharted areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to make high-impact decisions quickly, even in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with agile processes, roadmap ownership, and driving complex software development.
  • Track record of bold thinking paired with operational discipline—able to dream big and also deliver reliably.
  • Resourceful and resilient; thrives in a entrepreneurial environment
  • Expertise in consumer engagement, monetization models (AVOD, SVOD, microtransactions, in-app purchases), and digital advertising.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into concise updates across all mediums.
  • Proven ability to elevate team performance through process innovation and inspiring leadership.
  • Passion for film, television, entertainment, and emerging technologies, with genuine excitement about tackling challenges no one has solved before.
  • Global mindset, with experience working across cultures and time zones (India, Europe, etc.).
  • East Coast location preferred.
