Job SummaryThis role leads the strategy, execution and ongoing performance of Stop Loss product portfolio. This position is responsible for managing of multiple strategic, cross-enterprise implementations of varying complexity and strategic importance; managing, coordinating and driving the development, expansion, maintenance, and operational effectiveness of product throughout the product lifecycle; evaluate and develop product line innovation and strategy; maintain constant awareness of industry trends; and proactively ensure the execution/implementation of the next generation of productsThis ideal candidate is a highly motivated product leader who can move confidently between strategy and execution, influence stakeholders, solve complex business problems, and deliver measurable outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 6 years experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry OR 10 years of experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry
* Experience managing people or projects
* Experience implementing multi-million dollar/multiyear business and technology projects.
* Understanding of project management tools and methods.
* Financial, estimating, and budget management experience as it relates to projects, implementations, and/or operations.
* Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
