The App Product Owner serves as the key driver of our mobile application, ensuring alignment between business strategy, user experience, and technical delivery. You will own the app roadmap, translate product vision into clear user stories, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class mobile experience.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Own and manage the product backlog by defining, prioritizing, and maintaining user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate product vision and business goals into a clear, actionable mobile app roadmap.
- Champion the user by gathering feedback, analyzing app reviews, and identifying user pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UI/UX Design, Marketing, Customer Support, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demos to ensure smooth delivery and clear priorities.
We are looking for:
- Strong mobile-first mindset with understanding of iOS and Android design principles (Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design).
- Data-driven approach in making product decisions focused on user and business value.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical, design, and business stakeholders.
- Solid experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities and user needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in product management or product ownership, ideally for mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, including performance, UX, and technical constraints (e.g., connectivity, SDKs, push notifications).
- Proven ability to manage backlogs and deliver high-quality product increments in an Agile environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to improve product performance and user engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
