  • Partner with Launch & Enablement to connect delivery status, release scope, and readiness planning.
  • Define and monitor product operations metrics such as backlog health, cycle time, initiative aging, dependency resolution, adoption readiness, and reporting quality.
  • Identify process gaps, remove friction, and continuously improve how product work is planned, tracked, communicated, and governed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, business operations, project management, or related roles.
  • Experience establishing operating models, governance routines, reporting standards, tools, templates, or product management ways of working.
  • Experience managing or coaching Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts, or similar product delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery, backlog management, product roadmaps, portfolio tracking, dependency management, and release handoffs.

  • Experience with product/project tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Productboard, Smartsheet, Power BI, Microsoft Planner, or similar platforms.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to create structure in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Comfort working with technology, operations, finance, compliance, support, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in regulated, healthcare, public sector, or multi-state operating environments, preferred.
