Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Manager, Product Operations (all genders) to lead our Logistics Product Operations team and drive exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will oversee key business metrics such as Delivery Time, UTR, and CPO, working to maximize the potential of our product stack. As a vital connector between Operations and Product/Tech, you will spearhead seamless performance enhancements and support the sustainable growth of Delivery Hero’s Own Delivery vertical. Your leadership will empower local operations to expand their market reach and unlock new business opportunities, reinforcing Delivery Hero’s market leadership through a rapidly evolving product stack. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge Product/Tech innovations and strategic business needs, interacting with stakeholders across Global and Regional teams, making this position essential to our success.

  • Leadership and Strategy: Own relevant business KPIs, product performance, and product strategy on a global scale. Provide strategic direction to enhance product operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interact with and support our global operations and performance stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of specialists. Focus on the professional growth and development of your team members.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Hold accountability for the results and impact of your team's work.
  • Performance Management: Oversee and manage the performance of our entities, ensuring they meet business objectives and standards.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement backed by data, innovate solutions, and execute them efficiently and thoughtfully.
  • Product Roll-out: Lead the roll-out of new products and features in your region to enhance user experience, business performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct in-depth analysis to provide insights to management and product teams for key business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Korean and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • At least 4+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving results.
  • Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio).
  • Solid exploratory analysis capabilities and a passion for data, with creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the last-mile industry in Analytics, Operations, or Product roles is a plus.
  • Outstanding skills in managing and organizing stakeholders, with a focus on the professional growth and development of team members. Accountable for the results and impact of the team's work.
  • Pragmatic and autonomous approach to work, with exceptional analytical abilities.
