Lead, Product Marketing
This role will be responsible for leading the product marketing and communications for Mastercard Connect, Mastercard’s B2B platform that enables our customers to manage and grow their business. In this role you will be a communications champion internally and externally to build awareness and excitement for Mastercard Connect, partner with product leaders and key internal stakeholders to market releases and new developments. You will execute and advance our product marketing and communication strategies; align and prioritize initiatives with forward looking strategic view and successfully commercialize platform capabilities both internally and externally with customers.
Overview
• Be the resident marketing and communications expert for Mastercard Connect
• Develop product collateral and other marketing assets
• Work closely with the Product team to develop launch strategies for new products & features
• Evaluate accomplishment of objectives using metrics defined for measuring marketing effectiveness
Responsibilities
• Defines and leads execution of go to market strategy for a product or feature release
• Leads creation & execution of product marketing and communications across internal and external channels (email, video, trainings, technical announcements) to drive adoption and usage
• Supports development of product value propositions that are consumer-led
Experiences
• Experience executing a product marketing campaign and measuring programs to assess success and recommend changes
• Experience leveraging multiple sources of data to identify insights and develop content through various channels
• Experience participating in a quantitative study resulting in the ability to represent the voice of the customer
