As our Product Marketing [Add role], you will lead the strategic positioning of our solutions targeting the employer market, health plans, and the leave of absence space. Additionally, you will be tasked with deepening market understanding, crafting compelling messaging, and leading cutting-edge go-to-market strategies that resonate with our specific audiences.

We love collaborating here at Wellthy and in this role you will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams.

You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Market Intelligence: Establish yourself as the expert on our audience’s needs, the latest industry trends, and the competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft and enhance Wellthy’s value proposition to precisely and powerfully resonate with our target segments.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and implement innovative go-to-market plans that increase awareness, engagement, and adoption across key markets.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Promote strong collaboration among the Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure marketing strategies are well-integrated with business goals.
  • Content & Collateral Production: Lead the creation of powerful marketing materials that bolster our sales efforts and partner initiatives, including case studies and persuasive pitch decks.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Set key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary to boost results.

Qualifications required for this role include:

  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 3+ years in Product Marketing, preferably with experience in the healthcare or employer benefits sector.
  • You are a strategic thinker characterized by analytical prowess and a robust portfolio of successful multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
  • You are results-driven, anchored by a strong data-analytic approach, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • You have a proactive "roll up your sleeves" mentality, excel in collaborative environments, and possess exceptional communication skills.
  • You adeptly navigate dynamic situations, prioritize effectively amid competing demands, and manage multiple projects with versatility and poise.
  • You are deeply committed to enhancing healthcare experiences, with a personal engagement in our mission.


Total Rewards Package

  • Salary Range: $96,000.00 - $120,000.00

Role Requirements: 

To work remotely, you must have a strong internet connection, quiet space to take calls and a professional (distraction free) environment. 

Location:

This is a fully remote position.  Our Wellthians are located throughout the United States but we are currently not accepting candidates in the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and West Virginia.
