The Product Management team is seeking a Manager, Product Management to join our Infrastructure team, focused on the Structured Storage Platform that underpins RelativityOne. This role is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of storage platform capabilities that reliably power and scale our cloud‑native SaaS offering.
You will define product direction, establish clear product health and success indicators, and partner closely with engineering and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver resilient, cost‑efficient, and scalable storage solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically complex environments and enjoys solving platform‑level problems that directly impact customer outcomes.
A successful candidate brings a strong technical foundation, a customer‑centric mindset, and exceptional communication skills, along with proven experience leading through influence and collaborating across product, engineering, and partner teams.

Job Description and Requirements

Role Responsibilities:

Customer Centric

  • Connect with external and internal customers to gain a deep understanding of their workflows and needs and validate our approach to addressing them.  

  • Collaborate with engineering to address workflows and pain points across various customer segments and personas.

  • Provide recommendations based on customer data and insights, ensuring alignment with evolving industry standards and customer expectations.

Product Leadership

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog for Structured Storage

  • Workdirectly withProductLeads to help build astrategy and goals for their product(s).  

  • Track and reports on key product metrics that are relevant to your domain and expected outcomes.   

  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to align stakeholders on priorities and outcomes across infrastructure domains.

Technical Leadership

  • Work closely with your Engineering counterparts to ensure that the team deliversa product that meets our scalability, reliability, usability, observability, efficiency and performance standards.  

  • Be well versed in technical aspects of cloud platform architecture with deeper technical understanding to communicate with development team members and make informed decisions about the product development. 

  • Possess the technical acumen needed to understand the technical challenges faced by the team, the root cause of incidents and propose effective solutions for them. 

  • Engage in deep technical discussions with Engineering Managers and Technical Architects to understand the implications that future work could have on your product and customers. 

Product Implementation

  • Break down complex projects into iterative releases, ensuring measurable milestones for improved system performance and scalability.

  • Anticipate and address dependencies across teams to solve challenges collaboratively.

  • Develop customer-facing documentation and release notes specifically related to platform updates and improvements.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to align go-to-market strategies for new infrastructure capabilities, ensuring a seamless rollout to customers.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management building and delivering custom software

  • 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports

  • Demonstrated strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously

  • Detailoriented while maintaining focus on strategic objectives and longterm outcomes

  • Excellent communicator and presenter, with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or comparable practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling products in large‑scale SaaS or enterprise software environments, ideally supporting complex or mission‑critical use cases

  • Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent hands‑on experience working closely with technical platforms and systems

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies, including distributed systems and their operational challenges

  • Experience working at the intersection of product and engineering with a proven ability to thrive in highly cross‑functional environments

  • Excitement for solving complex infrastructure and data management problems in a high‑demand SaaS environment

  • Proven ability to analyze product and platform metrics to monitor system health, forecast scaling needs, and optimize cost efficiency

  • Experience delivering features and platform capabilities from ideation through implementation, aligning customer needs with business and technical constraints

  • Ability to clearly articulate infrastructure‑ and platform‑focused strategies to both technical and non‑technical audiences

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

264 000 and 397 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
