Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management

Overview:
The Digital Approval Rate Optimization team is responsible for driving transaction authorization improvement for digital transactions globally. As consumer preference for digital payments continues to grow, ensuring a seamless and secure consumer experience is top of mind. The Manager, Digital Optimization will focus on ongoing tracking of digital performance across all products and regions, understanding the factors influencing performance and the broader industry landscape. This includes delivering data-driven insights and recommendations, engaging directly with key external stakeholders on implementing optimization solutions (new and existing), and partnering across the organization to drive alignment and ensure action is taken.
The Manager will own and support the roll out of products and solutions to address gaps. An ideal candidate should be passionate about learning new products and solutions, have strong understanding of the drivers of digital commerce, leverage data insights to recommend actions and drive to a decision, have strong storytelling skills and be able to liaise with internal partners, as well as develop and evangelize case studies to help scale best practices globally with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Works closely with regional and market level teams to ensure execution of strategic initiatives and related pricing, monitoring, measurement and communication to customers
• Develop quantitative analysis, ad-hoc reports, and models to support key business and strategic decisions that will help drive our customers to achieve better KPIs
• Identify, track and report regularly on key operational performance metrics related to digital commerce transactions globally
• Develop key documents in support of product management: business cases, market needs, product roadmaps, customer feedback, success metrics, guides, etc.
• Leverage data and market insights to come up with recommendations that will drive penetration, adoption and development of new and existing strategic solutions
• Supports impactful and scalable opportunities and develops recommendations and programs on how to optimize Mastercard digital business
• Lead development of internal presentations, external thought leadership, training and sales materials
All about you:
• Foundational background in product development or management
• Strong analytical skills with track record of translating data into compelling insights, market assessments and business cases
• Experience in quantitative analysis and ability to draw logical conclusions based on data
• Passion for all things digital and intrinsic curiosity to understand new technology
• Ability to work well with others and collaborate across the entire organization
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and global mindset with a passion for learning and using data to solve large scale business problems
