Base Compensation Range: $134,500 - $168,000
*In addition, you qualify for:

  • Annual bonus opportunity of 15% based on company performance
  • Annual equity award of $14,000

      Job Summary

      The Manager of Product Management is responsible for leading marketing initiatives that drive product success and customer engagement. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution, focusing on understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Oversees a team of product marketers, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategy.

      Duties/Responsibilities

      • Strategic Planning and Execution:
        • Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with company goals.
        • Identify market opportunities and define product positioning, pricing, and messaging strategies.

      • Team Leadership and Development:
        • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product marketers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
        • Provide guidance and support on marketing initiatives and professional growth.

      • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
        • Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and marketing initiatives.
        • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to achieve marketing goals.

      • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
        • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
        • Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

      • Product Launch Management:
        • Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all marketing materials and resources are prepared.
        • Track launch performance and gather feedback to refine future strategies.

      • Marketing Campaign Development:
        • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and events.
        • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

      • Sales Enablement:
        • Create effective sales tools and training materials to support the sales team in communicating product benefits.
        • Conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure understanding of product features and competitive advantages.

      • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
        • Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
        • Prepare regular reports for leadership on marketing performance and strategic recommendations.

      Experience/Education

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product marketing or related roles, with a strong track record of successful product launches.

      Knowledge and Skillsets Required

      • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
      • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
      • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
      • Creative thinker with a passion for customer-focused marketing.
