Zoox is building autonomous mobility from the ground up. Our Operations teams sit at the heart of this, enabling us to run the vehicles as well as provide a high level of service to riders before, during and after their ride.
In this role you will:
- Lead a group of product managers to serve our users across all Operations groups including Alpha Ops, Base Ops, Mission Ops, TeleOps and Rider Ops.
- Establish and define metrics and KPIs that measure the health and performance of these systems as well as their impact on Operations employees, our customers, and our overall business.
- Drive meaningful improvements to these KPIs, ensuring our business is built to scale effectively.
- Manage a team of 5+ Product Managers overseeing the roadmaps of all Operational Tools,
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Technical Program management, to track and execute progress
- Partner with Operations managers to ensure alignment on roadmaps, KPIs, priorities, and progress for Operations employees.
Minimum qualifications:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience driving measurable improvements through product development.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience with ownership over a portfolio of products through the entire product development lifecycle from ideation and initial requirements to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Experience driving iterative improvement to KPIs through ongoing roadmap prioritization.
- Experience building highly reliable, mission critical products.
- Strategy and leadership skills; Proven track record of effective collaboration with internal partners, stakeholders, and customers to drive alignment and key outcomes.
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary will range from $228,000 - $286,000. A sign-on bonus may be part of a compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
