Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management, Mastercard One

Overview: The US Consumer Payments product team is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to support the US commercialization of Mastercard One, a new product which introduces a single credential that can support multiple payment options (installments, debit, credit, and prepaid).
This role will be pivotal in supporting the go-to-market (GTM) execution of Mastercard One.
The role:
• Contribute to the commercialization efforts for Mastercard One in the US market.
• Support the execution of go-to-market strategies to ensure a successful product launch and market penetration, including tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on the design and development of the product to meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and support the sales engagement process.
• Proactively manage operational and day-to-day project management functions to ensure product success.
All About you:
• Experience in the payments industry, with knowledge in debit being a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and navigate through uncertainty.
• Demonstrated ability to self-start, identify problems, and develop solutions independently.
• Excellent executive presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to track multiple project workstreams and demonstrate efficient project management skills.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and communicate project risks effectively.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Purchase, New York: $137,000 - $218,000 USD

New York City, New York: $143,000 - $228,000 USD
