Position Summary
The Product Manager is a critical position responsible for driving the success of key initiatives within the PBM Product Innovation Team. The ideal candidate has experience or interest in digital health, marketing, commercialization of healthcare products, and partnership experience. They will be skilled with the ability to implement and manage effective, scalable, and measurable point solutions that meet the requirements of our stakeholders while continuously making process improvements. Implementing actionable plans, managing multiple projects, and reporting results will be daily functions of the role. Candidate should also have the ability to prioritize work items and work in a fast paced environment.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to managing relationships on behalf of CVS with third party health and wellness partners, assisting those partners with commercialization activities and marketing, managing contracts from a business perspective with partners and clients, and working with cross functional internal and external teams to grow business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with third party health and wellness vendors on behalf of CVS
- Manage partner and vendor commercialization activities and business relationships
- Oversee commercialization activities and sales enablement. Activities include, but not limited to
- Support product commercialization from intake through launch and post-launch support
- Manage sales pipelines and reporting for leadership visibility
- Update marketing collateral as needed to promote sales enablement of the product
- Manage contracts from a business perspective with partners and clients
- Ensure contracting and operational readiness prior to launch
- Oversee review and routing of contracts to appropriate stakeholders
- Work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to grow business
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve execution issues
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and scalability across workflows
- Provide guidance and prioritization to team members supporting commercialization
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- Prepare material and conduct presentations as the subject matter expert on the products in the portfolio
- Support financial reconciliation and analysis of products in the portfolio
- Minimal travel may be required
Required Qualifications
- 1 + years of experience in healthcare, digital health space or equivalent
- 1 + years of experience in partnerships or commercialization of products and programs or equivalent
- 5 + years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to problem solve, identify issues and manage through self-reliance to solution
- 1+ years of retail pharmacy experience
- Experience in PBM Operations or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
