Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and negotiate key commercial contracts, including Land Development Agreements, Balance of Plant (BOP), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts for renewable energy projects.
Drive end-to-end procurement for Wind projects, covering:
BOP scope including 33 kV lines, EHV lines, pooling substations, foundations, unit substations
E&C services, cranes, and other project‑specific equipment
Electrical and grid‑related systems such as capacitor banks, STATCOM, PPC/SCADA systems
Ancillary infrastructure including storage yards and fencing
Manage procurement for Solar projects, including:
BOS packages, solar modules, inverters
Robotic cleaning systems
Split contracting strategies for Solar EPC and Solar O&M
Coordinate closely with Project, Legal, and Finance teams to support simultaneous land acquisition and development activities, ensuring commercial and contractual alignment.
Participate actively in cross‑functional and project review meetings to:
Identify, assess, and mitigate procurement and commercial risks
Ensure optimal utilization of organizational resources across multiple projects
Independently manage multiple procurement packages and schedules while meeting cost, quality, and timeline objectives.
Prerequisites & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
8+ years of experience in procurement for Wind, Solar, and/or BESS projects, including hands‑on exposure to Land Development Agreements.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
