About the Role:

  • Strategic Procurement & Sourcing
  • Develop and execute category strategies for key spend areas including project contractors, consultants, OEMs, and professional services
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFP/RFQ/RFI development, bid evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations
  • Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and total cost of ownership (TCO) initiatives across projects and portfolios
  • Support open-book and negotiated procurement models aligned with client and project requirements
  • Commercial & Contract Management
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial terms, contracts, MSAs, WO agreements, and SLAs
  • Manage rate cards, pricing frameworks, scope changes, and contract amendments
  • Ensure commercial risk mitigation, contractual compliance, and alignment with C&W governance standards
  • Support dispute resolution, claims management, and contract closure activities
  • Supplier Management & Governance
  • Lead supplier onboarding, performance management, and governance frameworks
  • Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and KPI reviews to ensure service quality and risk compliance
  • Build strong strategic partnerships with key suppliers while maintaining competitive tension
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement
  • Act as a trusted procurement advisor to internal stakeholders, project managers, account leads, and clients
  • Translate business and client requirements into effective procurement and commercial strategies
  • Present sourcing strategies, commercial recommendations, and savings outcomes to senior leadership and clients
  • Support client-facing discussions related to procurement strategy, vendor selection, and commercials
  • Governance, Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure adherence to Cushman & Wakefield procurement policies, delegation of authority, and audit requirements
  • Maintain procurement documentation, approval trails, and contract repositories
  • Track and report savings, value delivery, procurement KPIs, and risk metrics

  • B.E Civil with 8 to 10 years of experience in interior fitout projects with min handling capacity of 10cr project at a time
  • Experience in handling eprocurement through platform like Workday , SAP , Procuretiger or Jaggaer.
  • Strong experience in Advance excel & Power BI
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and commercial negotiations
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
